Our fun and educational format gets you moving on the floor right from the start. Our instructors participate in the classes, teaching the group as a whole, and giving individual attention as needed. Our system of rotating partners means that both singles and couples can enjoy dancing. For couples, rotating partners gives each person a chance to focus on their own steps, perfect their lead and follow skills, and create a better partnership.
For experienced dancers, our group classes give students the chance to learn fun, new steps and practice their technical skills, such as lead/follow and footwork, all while meeting new people with similar interests.
Perfect to do with your friends
If you are tired of the usual hang out activities, get a group of your friends together and give dancing a try! All of our group classes are drop-in format, meaning you do not have to register or buy a package/pass to attend. It's the perfect way to spice up your week or kick off your weekend!
Fun way to work out
Whether you are tired of going to the gym, or you just want a way to supplement your usual workout routine, group classes provide students with a fun way to work off those calories. Our instructors will keep you moving, and exercising your brain, with cool moves and great music. Dancing provides a total body workout, forcing students to use leg, arm, and core muscles to create new patterns. So grab your water bottle, and get ready to dance your way into shape!
No commitment mean you can try it all
All of our group classes operate on a drop-in format, meaning that students only pay when they come in for a class. This allows dancers to try new dances without being locked in to a long session. Each month our calendar changes dances, so our students get a chance to try more things!
